the hawaiin flower, the lei, symbolizes love and respect and is exchanged by both bride and groom at the beginning of the ceremony and it pretty much means the same thing as a wedding ring does in america.

there is also the lava rock tradition in where a lava rock is wrapped in Ti leaf and left at the wedding site as an offering, prayer and blessing which remains steadfast at the place of your marriage, marking the birth of your union.

Honeymoon

for the honeymoon they are going to stay on cocoa island in maldives. they are renting out the whole island for 7 days and 6 nights. the cost is going to be $550,000 but includes all food and room cleaning, spa's and anything else you can imagine.

2 plane tickets flying first class on a bunch of different connecting flights because it is in the Indian ocean are $6,000

Directions

price per unit is $400 so 400 x 300 guests is $120,000

Music

for the reception i have hired DJ Pauly D for the whole night.

the price is $17,000

Flowers

the centerpieces will be brought to the wedding by "flowers by anne" and it will be a three dozen roses per centerpiece costing $110 dollars per unit.

the brides bouguet will be of roses also brought to the wedding by "flowers by anne" and its costing $115 for the unit.

the bridesmaids bouguets are roses also brought to the wedding by "flowers by anne" and cost $70 per unit.

Reception

the reception will be at the hotel del coronado in their ocean view ballroom. catering with orderves and a three course meal is included in the package. there will be an open bar and the wedding cake is included.

The Wedding

the theme of the wedding is expensive.

the wedding will be at the hotel del coronado in san diego. they are going to be married on the windsor lawn on june 12th 2012.

 the rental fee is $5,000


the groom is going to be wearing Giorgio Armani suit priced at $1,695

the groomsmen is going to wear ralph lauren suits priced as $1,995

the bride will be wearing a white by Vera Wang collection dress priced at $1,200 from davids bridal

the bridesmaids will be wearing a red halter dress priced at $145 at davids bridal

Bridal Party

there will be 9 groomsmen and 9 bridesmaids.
jeff's best man will be his friend since preschool.
megan's maid of honor will be her little sister.

Pop The Question

we were vacationing in maui for thanksgiving and we went to this very romantic dinner on the beach right when it was sunset. we were both done eating and were staring off into the sunset when jeff went to the bathroom. i was sitting there alone when someone taps me on my shoulder so i turned around and jeff was on one knee and asked "will you marry me?' i was so overjoyed that i just started balling. but in the middle of my crying i got out yes some how and then the whole resturant started clapping. he got up and hugged me and thats how he proposed.

Meet The Couple

Jeff and Megan are both 28 years old and live a very happy live. They are childhood friends and even went to preschool tougether. they grew up in san diego, california and have spent their whole life around the beach. Jeff is a very laid back person and works as a firefighter for san diego county. Megan is a very outgoing person and comes from a very wealthy family being that her dad created the post-it note. she is a school teacher at a local high school teaching economics. of course they originally met in preschool but when both went off too college they drifted apart and didnt see each other until december 2006. they met again in a coffee shop and instantly hit it off. everything else is history. they now have been dating for 4 years and look forward to their up and comming marrige.
